PVT Orlando J. Cianci was born on December 18th 1944.
He was the only son of Joseph and Amelia Cianci. He enlisted in Company D, 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne) RI Army National Guard as an 05B.
He died on March 6th 1968 as a result of injuries sustained from a parachute jump while attending the Basic Airborne Course at Fort Benning, GA. He is buried in Sec 33, Lot 220, Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston, RI.
